How many samples are sent per round or PT?

Usually our proficiency tests include one sample per round, it can be exceptions, to know exactly the number of samples and amount that will be received check the protocol of the proficiency test. There are parameters with two rounds per year, however most of the times the matrix is different in each round.

 Can I get an estimate of the shipping costs?

Within minutes TestQual can get an estimation of the costs to your laboratory and we will compare different couriers, making sure we will chose the best option (transit time and price) 

Those companies that already are our clients can get their quote with the final shipping costs for a PT in less than 48h.

 Does TestQual send the tracking code of the sample?

Yes, for all shippings we have schedulded an email from the courier of choice to let you know the tracking code of the sample, so you can know exactly where the sample is. We usually send an email when any exception happens so we can anwser any problem with the shipping as soon as possible. 

If you do not receive an email with the tracking code you can contact us and we will send it and check why you did not receive the email with the tracking.

Can I send or use my own courier?

Yes, we have worked with clients that needed to use their own courier or account to participate in our proficiency tests, depending on the case (this option is not available for all companies) we can schedule the pick-up of the sample with your the courier of your choice or using your account.

If we can use our system to request the pick-up with your courier or account we will do it and remove from our invoice the shipping costs.

We will still overlook that the shipping is taken to your facilities without problems and on time, so you can be sure you are getting your sample perfectly.

How does TestQual manage customs office dispatch?

Our wide experience sending samples over the world allows us to preview what each customs dispatch will require to ensure you get your sample on time and as swift as possible.

Additionally, if you know of any documentation or requirement for your customs office that would be needed for customs dispatch, please, let us know and we will do all in our hand to prepare all requirements to get a fast custom's dispatch.

For shipping's that require custom's dispatch we use special themoboxes designed to withold the temperature over 7time more than the rest and we use refrigerating system of large duration of approximately -21ºC
