Starting in 2025, TestQual will no longer accept results submitted by email. Results must be submitted through the web application in the client area. This will allow for faster evaluation.

Exceptions: Results will be accepted by email in exceptional circumstances, justified and documented (e.g. with images).

Reason: The increase in the number of participants in recent years has made it necessary to change the evaluation process to improve efficiency to reduce reporting time.

Benefits:

• Faster evaluation: Reports will be available sooner.
• Centralized history: Participants can consult reports, results and method data in their client area.

How to submit results:

1. Access the TestQual client area with your credentials.
2. Access the proficiency test for which you want to submit results.
3. If the intercomparison is in progress, click on the name of the matrix within the "Submit results and methods" section.
4. Submit your results.
